Veterans welcome

Veteran & HUD-VASH Housing in Las Vegas

Vegas Value Living welcomes veterans at both Maryland Park Apartments and Bonanza Park Condominiums. We accept HUD-VASH vouchers, count VA benefits as qualifying income, and offer second-chance approval for veterans with credit or eviction history.

How we support veteran renters

Three things that make renting realistic for veterans in Las Vegas.

HUD-VASH vouchers accepted

We accept HUD-VASH vouchers at both properties, with no application fee for voucher holders.

VA income counts

VA benefits count as qualifying income. We generally look for income around 2.5–3x the monthly rent.

Second-chance approval

Credit trouble or a past eviction won’t auto-reject you. We read your full situation, not a score.

Vets whose main income is VA benefits
Veterans with bad or no credit

Veteran housing — FAQ

Do you accept HUD-VASH vouchers?

Yes. Vegas Value Living accepts HUD-VASH vouchers at both Maryland Park Apartments and Bonanza Park Condominiums, and there’s no application fee for voucher holders.

Does my VA benefit income count toward qualifying?

Yes. VA benefits count as qualifying income, alongside sources like Section 8, SSI/SSDI, and self-employment. We generally look for income around 2.5–3x the monthly rent.

I’m a veteran with bad credit or a past eviction — can I still get approved?

Likely yes. We offer second-chance approval and don’t auto-reject on a credit score or a prior eviction. We look at your full picture, not a single number.

Is there an application fee if I have a voucher?

No. There’s no application fee for Section 8 or HUD-VASH voucher holders. For non-voucher applicants it’s $50 per adult.

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposit is one month’s rent and it’s negotiable. It’s refundable, returned after move-out minus any itemized deductions.
