Yes. Bonanza Park studios rent for $900 to $1,000 a month at 2221 W Bonanza Rd, 89106, in West Las Vegas near the I-95 Rancho exit, about 5 minutes by car from downtown. One pet is allowed per unit with a $200 refundable deposit and $20 a month.
